Want to Make Money Online, But I’m Drowning in ‘How-Tos’

It all sounds simple — until you’re the one actually trying to do it. And suddenly, you’re deep in a hundred open tabs, unsure if you’re building a brand… or just giving yourself a headache.

Affiliate links.
Sales funnels.
Digital products.
Pinterest traffic.
AI content.
SEO.
Etsy listings.
Email marketing.
"Just show up consistently!"
"Post 3 times a day!"
"Use these 5 viral hooks!"

It all sounds simple — until you’re the one actually trying to do it.

And suddenly, you’re deep in a hundred open tabs, unsure if you’re building a brand… or just giving yourself a headache.

This is where I am.
Somewhere between ambition and burnout.
Between “I know this can work” and “I don’t know where to start.”
And sometimes, truthfully?
“I’ve started this five times and don’t even know where I left off.”

I’m a mom of three. I’m a student. I live in a world where nap time is my strategy session, and quiet is my content planning window. I’ve tried YouTube (and deleted it). Started blogs (and ghosted them). Launched Etsy listings that got views but no sales. Saved hundreds of “how to grow online” videos — and felt completely behind watching them all.

I don’t have a team.
I don’t have unlimited energy.
Some days I barely have the confidence to open Canva.

But here’s what I do have:

  • The ability to try again.

  • The willingness to start small.

  • A reason that still matters, even when the motivation fades.

I want freedom. I want creativity.
I want to wake up one day and realize this faceless little brand I’ve been building actually made someone feel seen.

I’m not here to teach you how to make six figures in 60 days.
I’m here to say: If you’re drowning in all the “how-tos” and still keep coming back to your idea?
That’s powerful.

That means your dream didn’t drown.
You’re just wading through the overwhelm — and that’s part of it.

So, maybe today we stop trying to master every strategy.
Maybe we just… breathe.
Tidy up one thing. Reopen one tab. Post one honest piece of content.

You don’t need to be a marketing genius to start.
You need to be a real person who didn’t quit.

So here I am again. Still not rich. Still not viral.
But still trying — and still believing it’s possible.

If that’s where you are too, come sit with me.
We’ll figure it out, one messy, meaningful blog post at a time.
